Marketing Implementation: HQ launches and manages each franchise’s integrated marketing campaign through the Wix platform, which connects directly to Google Ads, Yelp, and related digital tools. Ongoing collaboration between the HQ Marketing Team and franchisees ensures alignment, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.

Call Center Coordination: When needed, HQ becomes actively involved in call center operations to ensure every inquiry, message, or tenant concern is resolved promptly. The Franchise Coordinator collaborates with Q C I’s dedicated Call Center Executive Manager to maintain rapid and reliable response times.

Q C I HQ connects franchisees with specialized accounting and real estate tax professionals on an as-needed basis, providing expert financial guidance and compliance support.
